Whether you need a childcare professional to accommodate your weekly work schedule or to fill in for a day, some special time for yourself, or that much needed evening out ... let Sitters on Standby take care of your childcare needs. Tutoring services are also available. Enjoy homework free evenings and allow for quality time with your child.

Sitters on Standby permits you to choose a childcare professional you are comfortable with. If you prefer we will set up an appointment for you to meet with your childcare professional before they are scheduled to care for your child, or set up a playdate so you may observe interaction between your child and your childcare candidate. We carefully match a childcare professional with the background, experience and unique personality to meet your childcare or tutoring needs. Our childcare candidates often have previous experience in daycare settings or as teachers, or are pursuing degrees in higher education. It is a mandatory requirement for our childcare professionals to complete childcare health and safety training. Our professionals also have knowledge in first aid and CPR instruction. We at Sitters on Standby are proud of our exceptional childcare professionals. We perform a rigorous background check and reference check on all of our candidates. We enjoy the highest reputation for integrity with both our candidates and the families they care for. We look forward to serving you in meeting your childcare needs.
